Privacy notice
JZ Tech is operated by JZ TECH PTY LTD (ABN 19 701 693 147). This notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, email address, service needed and project brief. Phone, business name and an estimated budget in Australian dollars are optional. We also record your privacy acknowledgement and optional email-marketing choice.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss potential services, prepare a proposal and maintain necessary business records.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries pass through our website hosting provider to Formspark, which processes and stores submissions and sends enquiry notifications to our business inbox. Our business email is hosted by Microsoft 365. Relevant sales staff and developers with shared-inbox permissions handle enquiries and follow-ups.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing. The separate, optional checkbox lets you request JZTech news, service updates and offers by email. You can withdraw that choice by emailing info@jztech.com.au. Promotional emails must also provide an unsubscribe option.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, business records and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
